Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment to ensure that we can fill your appointment slot.

By booking your appointment, you are respecting and agreeing to Urban Beauty Skyn & Boutique 24 Hour Cancellation policy and No-Show policy:

Urban Beauty Skyn & Boutique reserves the right to charge a fee of 50% of the service if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours of the service time and will require a 50% deposit before booking your next appointment.
Urban Beauty Skyn & Boutique reserves the right to charge the full price of the service for a NO-SHOW appointment and will require a 50% deposit before booking your next appointment.

Come alone (no children, pets, friends, or extra family members)

Late Policy

We understand that life happens, but the trickle effect of one late appointment can effect the entire day. If you are going to be late, please call and give us a head up.

If you are past 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment.

Come Alone Policy

We ask that you do not bring anyone that is not receiving a service to your appointment.

And while we love the babies and the kiddos at Urban Beauty, we kindly ask that you find childcare for your appointment. This ensures that we are being mindful of the other clients that are receiving their services.
